- Delivery Time: Including handling, the overall timeframe for delivery ranges from 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) for most addresses.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day to maintain efficiency and scheduling accuracy.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Please confirm your shipping details before submitting your order.
If you discover an error before shipment, contact us immediately at support@fabrosia.store. We will try our best to correct the address before dispatch.
After dispatch, we cannot make changes or take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM:

WRONG ADDRESS:
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

CANCELLATIONS:

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you receive a visibly damaged package or it appears tampered with:
- At delivery: If possible, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or return.
- After delivery: If the damaged parcel was left at your address, take clear photos of the damage and contact us right away at support@fabrosia.store.
